Eric Black

co-founder, lead developer & architect

With over 15 years of experience in full-stack development and UI design, I am the technical backbone of Sparknight. I’ve built and launched more than 100 websites across a wide range of industries and platforms, including my own custom WordPress theme, Redpoint, which has powered dozens of client sites.

My deep knowledge of web technologies and creative problem-solving make me a true technical strategist, not just a coder. I am also a successful independent game developer and the chief architect behind LatchCMS, Sparknight’s custom-built content management system designed to replace bloated, outdated platforms with clean, future-ready infrastructure.

Whether it’s scaling a platform, solving complex integration challenges, or building a product from scratch, I bring precision, speed, and solid execution to every project.
